FENOMENA MASYARAKAT MENTAWAI MASIH MEMPERTAHANKAN AGAMA BAHA’I (Studi Kasus Desa Mongan Poula Kecamatan Siberut Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai)

This researtch is motivated by the factors that cause Mentawai, people of Mongan Poula village, norh Siberut district, to still maintain materials because Baha’i an indenpenden and universal religion. where it focuses on unity mankind, this research aims (1) describe spread religion in Mentawai so maintained among community, (2) society religion.The theory used study a phenomenological according Alfret Schutz. method qualitative approach method, form descriptive analizes proces social phenomenom what behid information data, using collection techniques. data are documents. observation interviews, analysis through stages collection, presentation conclusions drawing.The results overview beliefs village Poula, (3) community religion, which includes (a) universal, (b) belives there only one god,(c) teaching recognizes mankind one.
